Inspired by Irish sheela-na-gig and fertility figures (male and female) from a variety of cultures, resonancating with Keith Haring’s vivid NY murals. A pair of primitive figures hold aloft hand-cleft breadboarded ends, traditionally made in solid cherry with mortise-and-tenons and bridle joints. Hand rubbed hardwax oil finish.
